Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarm Takeover and CCTV Upgrade
Customer: Lanark Pharmacy
Project Scope: Takeover of Intruder & Fire Alarms and Installation of CCTV
Location: Lanark, Scotland
Overview
Go Secure Solutions was recently appointed to carry out a complete security system takeover at Lanark Pharmacy, covering the intruder alarm, fire alarm, and CCTV system. With outdated technology and inconsistent service from previous providers, the pharmacy required a trusted, experienced team to modernise and consolidate its security setup.
The objective was clear: provide reliable, fast internet access for both staff and public users while also supporting the growing demands of modern business systems and smart security technologies.
Project Breakdown
We began with a full inspection and takeover of the existing intruder alarm system, ensuring all detection points, control panels, and signalling devices were functioning correctly.
The fire alarm system was brought under our management. After a full assessment, we updated configurations to align with current BS 5839 standards and implemented a new maintenance schedule to ensure ongoing compliance and safety.
We upgraded the existing CCTV with high-resolution Hikvision cameras, providing better coverage and sharper image quality inside and outside the premises.
